Acceptable Use Policy
This policy sets out what you may and may not do when using WP Media Cloud. Using the plugin means you agree to these rules.

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") sets out what you may and may not do when using WP Media Cloud and wpmediacloud.com. It applies to all customers and users of the plugin and website operated by Nahnu Fitness LLC, a Washington State limited liability company trading as Nahnu Plugins ("we," "us," or "our").
By purchasing a license or using WP Media Cloud, you agree to comply with this policy. This AUP should be read alongside our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
1. Permitted Use
You may use WP Media Cloud to:
- Offload media files from WordPress installations to supported cloud storage providers;
- Serve media through supported CDN providers and URL rewriting;
- Manage, organise, and optimise media libraries across the number of sites permitted by your license;
- Migrate from other offload plugins using the built-in migration tools;
- Use all features of the plugin for legitimate personal, commercial, or client website purposes within your licensed site count.
2. Prohibited Use
You must not use WP Media Cloud or wpmediacloud.com to:
2.1 Illegal or harmful activity
- Violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation;
- Store, transmit, or distribute any content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, fraudulent, or infringes the intellectual property rights of any third party;
- Facilitate or promote any criminal activity, including but not limited to hacking, phishing, malware distribution, or unauthorised access to computer systems;
- Transmit unsolicited commercial communications (spam).
2.2 Abuse of the plugin or license
- Install or activate the plugin on more WordPress sites than your license permits;
- Share, transfer, resell, or sublicense your license key to any third party without our prior written consent;
- Use a single license to service multiple clients by activating it on client sites beyond your licensed site count;
- Attempt to circumvent, disable, or tamper with the license validation system or update server;
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from the plugin except to the extent permitted by applicable law.
2.3 Building competing products
- Use the plugin, its code, or any part of it as a basis for developing a competing product or service;
- Use access to the plugin to benchmark, analyse, or reverse engineer our features for the purpose of building a competing plugin or SaaS product.
2.4 Security and infrastructure abuse
- Attempt to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of wpmediacloud.com or our update server without our express written permission;
- Introduce any virus, trojan, worm, logic bomb, or other malicious code through the plugin or our website;
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of our systems, servers, or data;
- Use the plugin to store or serve content designed to harm, exploit, or deceive end users of your WordPress site.
2.5 Misuse of support
- Submit abusive, threatening, or harassing communications to our support team;
- Deliberately provide false or misleading information in support requests;
- Attempt to obtain refunds through false or fraudulent claims.
3. Third-Party Services
WP Media Cloud integrates with third-party cloud storage providers, CDN networks, and other services. When you use the plugin with a third-party service, you are also bound by that provider's acceptable use policy and terms of service. You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of any third-party service complies with their terms.
We are not responsible for any suspension, termination, or action taken by a third-party provider as a result of your use of their service through WP Media Cloud.
4. Content Standards
Media offloaded or served through WP Media Cloud must not include content that:
- Is illegal under the laws of the jurisdiction in which you or your end users are located;
- Infringes any copyright, trademark, trade secret, or other intellectual property rights of any person;
- Contains child sexual abuse material or any other content that sexually exploits minors;
- Promotes, incites, or facilitates violence, discrimination, or hatred against any person or group;
- Constitutes malware, spyware, adware, or any other harmful software.
We reserve the right to refuse service to any person or entity that we reasonably believe is using the plugin in connection with prohibited content, without liability to that person or entity.
5. Consequences of Violation
If we determine, in our sole discretion, that you have violated this Acceptable Use Policy, we may take one or more of the following actions:
- Issue a formal warning;
- Suspend or terminate your license key immediately and without notice;
- Refuse any current or future refund request;
- Take legal action against you for breach of these terms;
- Report your conduct to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities where required by law.
Termination of your license for violation of this AUP does not entitle you to a refund.
6. Reporting Violations
If you become aware of any use of WP Media Cloud that violates this Acceptable Use Policy, please report it to us at support@nahnuplugins.com. We will review all reports and take appropriate action.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Acceptable Use Policy at any time. We will post the revised policy at wpmediacloud.com/acceptable-use-policy/ and update the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of WP Media Cloud after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
